Flux TS81 is specifically formulated for soldering various types of steel, including stainless steel, and chrome-nickel alloys. Its unique formula ensures excellent wettability and adhesion, minimizing the risk of soldering defects. This makes it the ideal choice for those who need a product that offers top-notch performance. Flux TS81 is a highly active flux (ISO 9454 Type 3314 / J-STD-004 INH1) that provides effective and durable solder joints even with the most challenging materials. Its versatility makes it perfect for use in professional workshops as well as for smaller, home-based projects.

Flux TS81 combines high soldering efficiency with user comfort. Its viscous consistency (347.7 cP) helps control the amount of flux applied. A density of 1.16 g/cm³ and a pH of 1.2 (1% aqueous solution) indicate its high chemical activity.

After completing the work, simply rinse the soldered area with warm (around 50°C) deionized water, using a soft antistatic brush to remove residues. Then rinse the cleaned area with cold water to remove any remaining deposits and prevent residue build-up. For better results, use a Water PCB cleaner, which is more effective than ordinary deionized water—preventing corrosion and contamination on soldered components.
